Iqra Tahir

Hi I'm Iqra, I'm a Graphic Designer. I graduated from Coventry University in July 2021. I am from Birmingham so I would commute to Coventry to study. I used busses, trains and ubers for transport to university and back. This was a struggle at first, but it has made me more independent . I think it’s very important to be independent in life, as it helps you push yourself out of your comfort zone and allow you to expand your opportunities. My favourite applications in Graphic Design are Branding, Illustration, Advertising and I have become fond of UX/UI design. I am hoping to find ways to lead myself to a job in the industry for Branding and Illustration. However I would also like to work with UX/UI. I have some experience of being head of design, this was a great opportunity because it helped with my leadership ands team work skills. I would love to lead projects and even work alongside a great team with some amazing ideas. I am very sharp and quick with thinking of ideas on the spot. I love to learn new skills and ideas to help further my knowledge in design. If I am introduced to something new, I will spend my time perfecting that skill in order to impress. I like to learn from others and also share my knowledge with others. This is why communication skills are very important. I believe that sharing knowledge and gaining knowledge from others is the best way to learn.
